I have been going to the Heights location for several. The facility is very nice and always immaculately clean. The entire staff is professional and very nice. They are knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. Great team and great facility!

I feel as though the function is there for you to obtain weight loss medication, but there is a lack for bedside manner that was unsettling from the NP.
when I expressed concerns, I was ignored and rushed out. I dreaded each month having to meet with her.
The nurse that I loved was the only reason I continued, she was very kind and worked very hard. I wish I could recall her name.

Very easy in and out. Staff is friendly and helpful. Weekly B12 shots can be scheduled day of and are very quick if you want them. Overall I am very happy with my experience 1 month in and down 12lbs!
